Do you provide training to companies?

We provide a range of training, including bespoke courses to fit company requirements and standardised courses such as ACE Mental Health First Aid, Resilience Training, Stress Management, Executive Wellbeing Awareness Training and Manager Training.

Is you training online or in person?

Both formats are available. Our online training is provided over Zoom or Teams. Our face-to-face workshops include in-house training at the organisation's chosen location, or shared classes for multiple companies, which are typically in London and Surrey.

Is your Mental Health First Aid Training 4 hours long?

That is correct. We use the ACE mental health first aid intervention tool, which can be delivered in 4 hours. We focus on techniques to help identify potential mental health issues and getting help for those individuals.

Is your training CPD certified?

All our training courses are CPD certified by an external accreditation body.
